Always remove all the packaging before installing or using the product.
Never drop the product and avoid bumping. Excessive vibrations can lead to loosened connections and can influence proper functioning of the product. Stop using the product if the product has been dropped.
Never use the product on soft surfaces. Soft surfaces may block openings. Always use the product on a flat and dry surface.
Always use the product in an upright position on a stable and flat surface. Keep a minimum of 30 cm free space around the product.
Never use the product near textiles, curtains and flammable materials or surfaces. The product may become hot while in use. Keep the product at a minimum distance of 1 meter away from textiles, curtains and flammable materials or surfaces.
Never cover the product. Objects may block openings. Keep the space around the product free from objects.
Never place the product immediately below a power outlet. The product may become hot during use. Always keep the area above the product free from objects and power outlets.
Never use an extension cord. Only use the product on a direct power source.
Never use the product with a programmer, timer, separate remote-control system or any other device that switches the product on automatically.

Risk of chemical burns:
Always keep battery(s), both full and empty, out of reach of children to avoid the chance of swallowing. Dispose used battery(s) immediately and safely. Seek immediate medical attention when you suspect that battery(s) have been swallowed.
Always avoid eye or skin contact with the battery acid in event of a leaking battery. In case of contact with the battery acid, immediately flush the eyes or skin with water. Consult a doctor immediately.
Risk of explosion:
Never use the product near flammable or explosive substances or fuels. Flammable or explosive substances or fuels may cause an explosion. Only use the product in a clean and well-ventilated area.
Never expose battery(s) to heat, fire, or direct sunlight.
Risk of choking:
Never let children play with the packaging material. Keep the packaging material out of the reach of children.
CAUTION
Risk of overheating:
Never use the product in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
Risk of burn:
Never let children alone unattended with the product in use. Always supervise children when the product is in use to ensure that they do not play with the product.
Never touch hot surfaces. The product may become hot while in use. Always let the product cool down before handling the product.
Risk of falling:
Never let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter. Someone could trip over the cord or accidentally pull the cord. Always place the power cord on a stable and flat surface.

Never use any paint, cleaning sprays, anti-insect sprays, or similar near the product when the product is switched on.
Never pull the power cord to disconnect it from the power outlet. Always grasp the plug and pull.
Never use cleaning solvents or abrasives to clean the product. Using the wrong cleaning products may damage the housing of the product. Always use the correct cleaning method specified in this user manual.
Never (re)fill the product with oil yourself. The product is filled with a precise quantity of special oil. Repairs requiring opening of the oil container are only to be made by the manufacturer or his service agent who should be contacted if there is an oil leak.

Installation

5.1.
Installing the feet

Carefully place the product upside down on a flat surface. Place a soft cloth under the product to avoid scratches.
2.
Attach the foot mounting bracket q to the product with the two bolts 7 using the supplied Hex/Phillips tool e .
3.
Repeat step 2 for the other foot.
5.2.
Placing the battery in the remote control
NOTICE
Risk of short-circuiting:
Always match the plus (+) and minus (-) markings on the battery with the plus (+) and minus (-) markings on the product when inserting the battery(s).

Use
6.1.
Switching on the product
|
|
Plug the power cord 5 into a power outlet.
The product emits a beep and enters standby mode. The standby indicator on the display t lights up.
6.2.
Installing the Duux app
Scan the QR code to install the Duux app. Follow the instructions in the app on how to complete the pairing process.
|
|
6.3.
Connecting the product to Wi-Fi
1.
Ensure the product is in standby mode.
2.
Press and hold the Wi-Fi function button s for 5 seconds.
The product emits a beep and the Wi-Fi indicator on the display t starts flashing. The product is now available for pairing via Wi-Fi.
3.
Tap the plus icon (+) in the Duux app.
4.
Search for your Duux product and tap Continue.
5.
Follow the instructions in the app on how to complete the pairing process.
The Wi-Fi indicator on the display t lights up when the product is connected with the app.
The Wi-Fi indicator on the display t switches off if the product fails to connect to Wi-Fi within 3 minutes.
6.4.
Using the product

Press the standby button u to switch on the product.
The product emits a beep and the standby indicator on the display t switches off.
The product heats up to the last set temperature.
The product may emit some smell and fumes during first use. This is normal. The smell will dissipate after some time.
2.
Choose a desired function or heating mode with the Duux app, the remote control 8 , or control panel 2 .

Clean the product every week.

Warranty
Duux products have a 24-month guarantee from the time of purchase, provided that they are installed and maintained correctly as indicated in this user manual. Warranty will be void if the product has been improperly operated, stored or used other than described in this manual. This includes opening the device and water damage.
Claims under the guarantee must always be made via the supplier of your Duux product. Products with a defect caused by the production process and within the guarantee period after purchase will be assessed by Duux.

Disposal
If the product is defective, please contact your supplier. It may still be possible to repair the product. If you still need to dispose the product, please follow the local regulations.
When disposing the product, follow the regulations concerning the disposal of oil.
Always remove the battery(s) from the product before disposal. Battery(s) may contain toxic heavy metals and meet the requirements of hazardous waste.
To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle the product responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources.

Veiligheidswaarschuwingen en -voorschriften
WAARSCHUWING
Gevaar voor elektrische schokken:
Hanteer het product nooit met natte handen.
Dompel het product nooit onder in water of andere vloeistoffen. Volg de reinigingsinstructies van deze handleiding voor de juiste uitvoering van het onderhoud.
Gebruik het product nooit in de directe omgeving van een bad, douche of zwembad.
Voer nooit onderhoud uit terwijl het product op de stroombron is aangesloten. Koppel het product los van de stroombron voor onderhoud en wanneer je het product reinigt.
Open het product nooit zelf voor onderhoud. Dit product mag alleen door een erkende technicus worden geopend voor onderhoud.
Brandgevaar:
Gebruik het product nooit als er zichtbare tekenen van schade aan het product of het netsnoer zijn. Breng een beschadigd product naar het dichtstbijzijnde erkende servicepunt voor onderzoek, reparatie of aanpassing.
Verwijder altijd al het verpakkingsmateriaal voordat je het product installeert of gebruikt.
Laat het product nooit vallen en vermijd stoten. Overmatige trillingen kunnen leiden tot losgeraakte verbindingen en kunnen de goede werking van het product beïnvloeden. Stop het gebruik van het product als het is gevallen.
Gebruik het product nooit op zachte oppervlakken. Zachte oppervlakken kunnen openingen blokkeren. Gebruik het product altijd op een vlakke en droge ondergrond.
Plaats het product altijd rechtop op een stabiele en vlakke ondergrond. Houd minimaal 30 cm vrije ruimte rond het product.
Gebruik het product nooit in de buurt van textiel of gordijnen en brandbare materialen of oppervlakken. Het product kan heet worden tijdens het gebruik. Houd het product op een afstand van minimaal 1 meter van textiel of gordijnen en brandbare materialen of oppervlakken.
Dek het product nooit af. Objecten kunnen openingen blokkeren. Houd de ruimte rond het product vrij van voorwerpen.
Plaats het product nooit direct onder een stopcontact. Het product kan heet worden tijdens het gebruik. Houd de ruimte boven het product altijd vrij van voorwerpen en stopcontacten.
Gebruik nooit een verlengsnoer. Gebruik het product alleen op een directe stroombron.
Gebruik het product nooit met een programmeerapparaat, timer, aparte afstandsbediening of een ander apparaat waarmee het product automatisch wordt ingeschakeld.
Gebruik nooit stopcontacten die niet overeenkomen met de voedingsspanning van het product. Controleer de spanning op het typeplaatje van het product voordat je het product gebruikt. Sluit het product alleen aan op stopcontacten die overeenkomen met de spanning van het product.
Laat het product of het netsnoer nooit stoffig worden. Maak het product en het netsnoer regelmatig stofvrij.
Gevaar van chemische brandwonden:
Bewaar batterijen, zowel volle als lege, altijd buiten het bereik van kinderen om de kans op inslikken te voorkomen. Gooi gebruikte batterijen onmiddellijk en veilig weg. Roep onmiddellijk medische hulp in wanneer je vermoedt dat er batterijen zijn ingeslikt.
Vermijd bij een lekkende batterij altijd oog- of huidcontact met het batterijzuur. Bij contact met batterijzuur moeten de ogen of de huid onmiddellijk met water worden gespoeld. Raadpleeg onmiddellijk een dokter.
Explosiegevaar:
Gebruik het product nooit in de buurt van ontvlambare of explosieve stoffen of brandstoffen. Ontvlambare of explosieve stoffen of brandstoffen kunnen een explosie veroorzaken. Gebruik het product alleen in een schone en goed geventileerde ruimte.
Stel batterijen nooit bloot aan hitte, vuur of direct zonlicht.
Verstikkingsgevaar:
Laat kinderen nooit met het verpakkingsmateriaal spelen. Houd het verpakkingsmateriaal buiten het bereik van kinderen.
VOORZICHTIG
Risico op oververhitting:
Gebruik het product niet in kleine ruimten waar mensen aanwezig zijn die de ruimte niet zelfstandig kunnen verlaten, tenzij er constant toezicht is.
Risico op brandwonden:
Laat kinderen nooit alleen zonder toezicht als het product in gebruik is. Houd altijd toezicht op kinderen wanneer het product in gebruik is om ervoor te zorgen dat ze niet met het product spelen.
Raak nooit hete oppervlakken aan. Het product kan heet worden tijdens het gebruik. Laat het product altijd afkoelen alvorens het op te pakken.
Valgevaar:
Laat het netsnoer nooit over de rand van een tafel of werkblad hangen. Iemand kan over het snoer struikelen of per ongeluk aan het snoer trekken. Leg het netsnoer altijd op een stabiele en vlakke ondergrond.
LET OP
Kortsluitingsgevaar:
Zorg er bij het plaatsen van de batterijen altijd voor dat de markeringen voor plus (+) en min (-) op de batterij overeenkomen met de markeringen voor plus (+) en min (-) op het product.
Gebruik altijd het aanbevolen type batterij.
Meng nooit batterijen van verschillende fabricage, capaciteit, grootte of type in het product.
Verwijder de batterijen altijd uit het product als het product langere tijd niet wordt gebruikt.

Vul het product nooit zelf met olie. De verwarming is gevuld met een exacte hoeveelheid speciale olie. Eventuele reparaties waarbij het oliereservoir moet worden geopend, mogen alleen worden uitgevoerd door de fabrikant of een serviceagent, met wie contact moet worden opgenomen als er een olielek is.

Verwijder altijd al het verpakkingsmateriaal voordat je het product installeert of gebruikt.
5.1.
Installeren van de voetjes

Plaats het product voorzichtig ondersteboven op een vlakke ondergrond. Plaats een zachte doek onder het product om krassen te voorkomen.
2.
Bevestig de voetmontagebeugel q aan het product met de twee bouten 7 met behulp van het meegeleverde zeskant-/kruiskopschroevendraaier e .
3.
Herhaal stap 2 voor de andere voet.
5.2.
De batterij in de afstandsbediening plaatsen
LET OP
Kortsluitingsgevaar:
Zorg er bij het plaatsen van de batterijen altijd voor dat de markeringen voor plus (+) en min (-) op de batterij overeenkomen met de markeringen voor plus (+) en min (-) op het product.

Gebruik
6.1.
Het product inschakelen

Sluit het netsnoer 5 aan op een stopcontact.
Het product laat een pieptoon horen en gaat naar de stand-bymodus. Het stand-bylampje op het display t licht op.
6.2.
Installeren van de Duux-app
Scan de QR-code om de Duux-app te installeren. Volg de instructies in de app om het koppelproces te voltooien.

6.3.
Het product verbinden met wifi
1.
Controleer of het product in stand-bymodus staat.
2.
Houd de wifi-knop s 5 seconden ingedrukt.
Het product laat een pieptoon horen en het wifi-indicatielampje op het display t begint te knipperen. Het product is nu beschikbaar voor koppeling via wifi.
3.
Tik op het plus-pictogram (+) in de Duux-app.
4.
Zoek je Duux-product en tik op Doorgaan.
5.
Volg de instructies in de app om de verbindingsprocedure te voltooien.
Het wifi-indicatielampje t licht op wanneer het product is verbonden met de app.
Het wifi-indicatielampje op het display t schakelt uit als het product er niet in slaagt om binnen 3 minuten verbinding te maken met wifi.
6.4.
Gebruik van het product

Druk op de standby-knop u om het product in te schakelen.
Het product laat een pieptoon horen en het stand-bylampje op het display t gaat uit.
Het product warmt op tot de laatst ingestelde temperatuur.
Het product kan tijdens het eerste gebruik wat geur en dampen afgeven. Dit is normaal. De geur verdwijnt na enige tijd.

Kies een gewenste functie of verwarmingsstand met de Duux-app, de afstandsbediening 8 of het bedieningspaneel 2 .

Reinigen
WAARSCHUWING
Gevaar voor elektrische schokken:

Explosionsgefahr:
Verwende das Produkt niemals in der Nähe von brennbaren oder explosiven Stoffen oder Treibstoffen. Entflammbare oder explosive Stoffe oder Treibstoffe können eine Explosion verursachen. Verwende das Produkt nur in einem sauberen und gut belüfteten Bereich.

Erstickungsgefahr:

Toque el icono más (+) en la aplicación Duux.

Busque su producto Duux y pulse Continuar.

Limpieza

Garantía

Eliminación

Installation de l’appareil

Installation des pieds

Placez soigneusement le produit à l'envers sur une surface plane. Placez un chiffon doux sous le produit pour éviter les rayures.
2.
Fixez le support de fixation du pied q au produit à l'aide des deux boulons 7 à l'aide de l'outil Hex/Phillips fourni e .
3.
Répétez les étapes 2 pour l'autre pied.
5.2.
Placer la pile dans la télécommande

Utilisation

Allumer le produit

Connectez le cordon d’alimentation 5 à une prise de courant.
Le produit émet un bip et passe en mode veille. L’indicateur de veille t s’allume sur l’écran.
6.2.
Installation de l’application Duux
Scannez le code QR pour installer l’application Duux. Suivez les instructions de l’application pour effectuer le processus d’appairage.

6.3.
Connexion du produit du Wi-Fi
1.
Assurez-vous que le produit est en mode veille.
2.
Appuyez sur le bouton Wi-Fi s et maintenez-le enfoncé pendant 5 secondes.
Le produit émet un bip et l’indicateur Wi-Fi sur l’écran t commence à clignoter. Le produit est désormais prêt pour l’appairage Wi-Fi.
3.
Appuyez sur l’icône plus (+) dans l’application Duux.
4.
Recherchez votre produit Duux et appuyez sur Continuer.
5.
Suivez les instructions dans l’appli pour terminer le processus de couplage.
L’indicateur Wi-Fi t s’allume sur l’écran lorsque le produit est connecté à l’appli.
L’indicateur Wi-Fi t s’éteint sur l’écran si le produit ne se connecte pas au Wi-Fi dans les 3 minutes.

Utilisation du produit

Le produit chauffe jusqu’à la dernière température réglée.
Le produit peut dégager des odeurs et des fumées lors de la première utilisation. C'est normal. L'odeur se dissipe au bout d'un certain temps.

Choisissez une fonction ou un mode de chauffage souhaité avec l'application Duux, la télécommande 8 ou le panneau de commande 2 .

N’utilisez jamais de solvants ou d’abrasifs pour nettoyer le produit. L’utilisation de produits de nettoyage inappropriés peut endommager le boîtier du produit. Utilisez toujours la méthode de nettoyage correcte spécifiée dans ce manuel d’utilisation.
Nettoyez le produit chaque semaine.

Garantie
Les produits Duux bénéficient d’une garantie de 24 mois à compter de la date d’achat, à condition qu’ils soient installés et entretenus correctement, comme indiqué dans ce manuel d’utilisation. La garantie sera annulée si le produit a été utilisé, stocké ou utilisé de manière incorrecte, en dehors de ce qui est décrit dans ce manuel. Cela inclut l’ouverture de l’appareil et les dommages causés par l’eau.
Les réclamations au titre de la garantie doivent toujours être faites auprès du fournisseur de votre produit Duux. Les produits présentant un défaut causé par le processus de production et pendant la période de garantie après l’achat seront évalués par Duux.

Élimination
Si le produit est défectueux, veuillez contacter votre fournisseur. Il est peut-être encore possible de réparer le produit. Si vous devez quand même mettre le produit au rebut, veuillez suivre les réglementations locales.
Lors de l'élimination du produit, suivez les règlements concernant l'élimination de l'huile.
Retirez toujours la ou les batteries du produit avant de le mettre au rebut. La ou les batteries peuvent contenir des métaux lourds toxiques et répondre aux exigences des déchets dangereux.
Pour éviter tout dommage éventuel à l’environnement ou à la santé humaine dû à l’élimination incontrôlée des déchets, recyclez le produit de manière responsable afin de promouvoir la réutilisation durable des ressources matérielles.
